The NEXT phase in Houston nightlife is at 2020 McKinney. Inspired by the meatpacking district of New York City-NEXT bears no neon sign, no obvious address, and is tucked away in Houston warehouse district.

The landscape of an up and coming neighborhood fits the concept of NEXT- a key destination spot for those in the know. With a barrage of neighborhood bars and lounges, the timing for this grandeur dance club is essential. NEXT is centered around its elevated dance floor with built in strobes and state of the art sound system. A plexiglass box suspended about the bar heightens the voyeuristic design approach. Whether the weekly theme is performance art or eye candy, the box will always be an element of surprise.

The design element of NEXT strike a balance with the geometric simplicity of modern architecture and rich interiors that are reminiscent of boutique hotels. A commissioned sculpture, velour banquettes, signature walls and a rich color palette characterize the opulent interiors. A Zen garden adds a tranquil element to the grandiose space.
